摘　　要：随着新医科的快速发展,高校医学类科研机构实验室在医学研究和创新方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,学科交叉融合已成为高校科研发展的重要趋势,实验室安全管理综合性、复杂性日益凸显,已成为各级管理部门亟须关注和解决的问题。文章旨在通过分析当前学科交叉融合后实验室安全管理的现状和问题,探讨新医科背景下高校科研机构实验室安全管理的有效路径,为提升实验室安全管理水平,保障科研工作的顺利进行提供新的参考。With the rapid development of new medical discipline,the laboratories of medical research institutions in universities play a crucial role in medical research and innovation.However,the integration of interdisciplinary subjects has become an important trend in the development of scientific research in universities.The comprehensiveness and complexity of laboratory safety management have become increasingly prominent,and it has become an urgent issue that management departments at all levels need to pay attention to and solve.This study aims to analyze the current situation and problems of laboratory safety management after interdisciplinary integration,explore effective paths for laboratory safety management in university research institutions under the background of new medicine discipline,and provide new suggestions for improving laboratory safety management level and ensuring the smooth progress of scientific research work.
