摘　　要：随着社会生活节奏加快,大学生群体的心理健康问题日益凸显,传统的心理咨询已不足以应对当前大学生个性化、多样化的心理需求,高校心理健康教育方式创新成为当前心理育人工作中亟待研究的重要课题。文章剖析了高校心理健康教育现状,明确了在高校心理健康教育中运用音乐治疗的重要意义和积极作用,并从网络育人、课程育人、活动育人三个维度给出具体实施方法和途径,以期促进高校大学生心理健康教育工作效果的提升。With the accelerated pace of social life,the mental health problems of college students are becoming increasingly prominent.Traditional psychological counseling is no longer sufficient to meet the personalized and diverse psychological needs of current college students.Innovative methods of psychological health education in universities have become an important issue that urgently needs to be studied in current psychological education work.The article analyzes the current situation of mental health education in universities,clarifies the important significance and positive role of using music therapy in mental health education in universities,and provides specific implementation methods and approaches from three dimensions:online education,curriculum education,and activity education,in order to further enrich and strengthen the effectiveness of mental health education for college students.
