摘 要:桑椹因其极高的营养价值和药用功效而具有广阔的市场前景,但是易感染桑椹菌核病成为限制其产出的关键性因素。绿色防控在农业病虫害等防治中具有防治效果佳、健康安全、环境兼容性好等优势,可以避免或解决农艺措施和化学防治中存在的果桑自身抗病水平不高且病原菌抗性逐年增加、化学农药防效渐微及农药残留等问题。文章综述了桑椹菌核病病原、侵染规律、绿色防控的研究进展,发现有关桑椹菌核病的生防研究较少。具体体现在:(1)国内外应用微生物资源对桑椹菌核病进行生物防治的研究总体较少,尤其是具有重要生防应用价值的放线菌资源的研究更是鲜有报道,这是后续需重视的方向。(2)当前对于桑椹菌核病的生防研究主要停留在活性测试方面,其防治机理等方面研究很少,有碍桑椹菌核病生防药物的开发与应用。Mulberry has a broad market prospect because of its high nutritional value and medicinal effect.However,mulberry sclerotial disease is a key factor limiting mulberry fruit production.The green prevention and control has advantages of good control effect,health and safety,and good environmental compatibility for plant protection.It can avoid or solve the weaknesses of low disease resistance of mulberry fruit in agronomical measures and chemical control,resistance to pathogens in a rising trend year by year,decreasing chemical pesticide effect and pesticide residues.This article summarized the research progress on pathogens,infection regularity,and green prevention of mulberry sclerotial disease.We found that there were few studies on green prevention and control of mulberry sclerotial disease.It is embodied in the following aspects:(1)There are few studies on the biological control of mulberry sclerotial disease by using microbial resources at home and abroad.Especially the research on actinomycete resources with important biocontrol application value is rarely reported,which needs to be considered in the future.(2)The research on the biocontrol of mulberry sclerotial disease mainly stays in the activity test,and there are few studies on its prevention and mechanism,which hinders the development and application of biocontrol drugs for mulberry sclerotial disease.
