摘 要:为了解深山含笑(Michelia maudiae)在不同季节的光合生理特性,探究其适生机制并为广泛引种栽培提供理论依据,利用Li-6400XT便携式光合作用测量系统测定得到深山含笑的光响应曲线和光合日变化参数,分析深山含笑光合生理指标的季节变化。研究发现:(1)深山含笑的光补偿点在20~60μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),光饱和点在800~1000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);(2)净光合速率日变化在春、夏两季为双峰曲线,存在明显的光合“午休”现象;在秋、冬两季为单峰曲线;(3)四季的蒸腾速率均在14∶00达到日变化的最大值;(4)日均净光合速率在夏季最强,冬季最弱,春、秋两季的差距不大。综上可知,深山含笑为喜光的强阳性植物,在城市绿化建设中应栽植在光照条件较好的地方。In order to understand the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Michelia maudiae in different seasons,explore its adaptive mechanism and provide a theoretical basis for its wide introduction and cultivation,a portable Li-6400 XT photosynthesis measurement system was used to measure light response curve and diurnal variation parameters of M.maudiae and illustrate its variation of photosynthetic characteristics in different seasons.The results are as follows:(1)The LCP of M.maudiae is 20~60μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),and its LSP is 800~1000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1).(2)The curve of net photosynthetic rate in spring and summer shows double peaks with an obvious“midday break”phenomenon,while in autumn and winter,there is a single peak curve without the phenomenon.(3)The transpiration rate of M.maudiae in diurnal variation reaches its maximum at 14∶00 in the four seasons.(4)The daily average net photosynthetic rate of M.maudiae is strongest in summer and weakest in winter,with little difference between spring and autumn.The comprehensive analysis of the experimental results shows that M.maudiae is a strong photophilic plant,and it should be planted in areas with better lighting conditions in urban greening construction.
