川东平行岭谷区县域耕地质量特征与分区保护利用研究——以邻水县为例

摘　　要：耕地是农业生产的重要载体,耕地保护事关国家粮食安全和乡村振兴战略的实现。以位于川东平行岭谷中段的邻水县为研究区,基于耕地质量等别数据库分析县域耕地质量利用等别的数量特征,采用局部空间自相关分析法,选择地形坡度、交通通达度、灌溉难易度3个影响因素,分析地块的空间分布特征,依据不同空间自相关类型和整体性原则,以地块为单位将邻水县耕地划分为4个区,并分区提出具体的保护利用策略。研究结果表明:(1)受地形地貌条件影响,研究区内质量利用等别高的耕地主要分布在平行岭谷间的谷区河流阶地中,并呈现出“东高西低”的特征;(2)耕地质量利用等别受地形坡度、交通通达度、灌溉难易度的影响,利用等别高的耕地多分布在坡度缓、距交通和水源近的区域;(3)依据聚类结果可以将邻水县耕地地块归并为核心保护区、重点改良区、综合提升区、结构调整区,并根据分区特征提出了具体的耕地保护利用建议。Cultivated land is an important carrier of agricultural production,and the protection of cultivated land is related to the realization of national food security and rural revitalization strategy.Linshui county is taken as the research area,which is in the middle section of the parallel ridge valley in eastern Sichuan.Based on the analysis of the quantity characteristics of cultivated land utilization grade in the county with the help of cultivated land quality grade database,the local spatial autocorrelation analysis method was used to select three influencing factors:topography slope,transportation accessibility,and irrigation difficulty.The spatial distribution characteristics of the parcels were analyzed.Based on different types of spatial autocorrelation and the principle of integrity,the cultivated land in the county was divided into four zones based on the parcel,and specific protection and utilization strategies were proposed for each zone.The results indicate that:(1)Influenced by topography conditions,the cultivated land with a high utilization grade in the study area is mainly distributed in the river terraces between parallel ridges and valleys,showing a characteristic of“high in the east and low in the west”.(2)The utilization grade of cultivated land is influenced by topography slope,transportation accessibility,and irrigation difficulty.Cultivated land with a high utilization grade is mostly distributed in areas with gentle slopes and close proximity to transportation and water resources.(3)Based on the clustering results,the cultivated land parcels in Linshui county can be merged into core protection areas,key improvement areas,comprehensive improvement areas,and structural adjustment areas.Specific suggestions for the protection and utilization of cultivated land are proposed based on the characteristics of each zone.
