广西生态文明建设与旅游产业空间错位及障碍因素研究

摘　　要：在新时代,厘清生态文明建设与旅游产业的关系,对推动绿色发展具有重要意义。文章基于2009—2019年广西14个市级面板数据,构建生态文明建设与旅游产业评价指标体系,借助重心模型、空间错位指数方法分析两者失配状态,并利用地理探测器揭示空间错位的障碍因素。研究发现:(1)广西生态文明建设重心向西南偏移,旅游产业重心向东北偏移,二者重心变动的空间错位特征逐渐增强;(2)两者整体空间错位指数波动下降,正向空间错位数量多于负向错位,较低错位与低错位区呈带状集聚,高错位与较高错位区呈零星分散格局;(3)旅游产业效益、旅游产业基础、生态文化是影响两者空间错位的主要障碍因素。最后,从创新体制机制、挖掘内在耦合点、引导多元主体参与方面提出建议,以期纾缓两者的错位程度。It is of great significance to clarify the relationship between ecological civilization construction and tourism industry to promote green development in the new era.Based on the panel data of 14 cities in Guangxi province from 2009 to 2019,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction and tourism industry,analyzed the mismatch state of the two with the help of gravity center model and spatial dislocation index method,and revealed the obstacle factors of spatial dislocation by geographic detector.The findings are as follows:(1)The gravity centers of ecological civilization construction and tourism industry in Guangxi province shift to the southwest and northeast respectively,and the spatial mismatch characteristics of shift in their gravity centers gradually get enhanced.(2)The overall spatial mismatch indexes of the two decline with fluctuation,and positive mismatch outnumbers negative mismatch;the regions with comparatively low mismatch and lower mismatch present a zonal agglomeration,while the regions with comparatively high mismatch and higher mismatch form a scattered pattern.(3)Tourism industry benefit,tourism industry foundation and ecological culture are the main factors affecting the spatial mismatch of the two.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of innovating the system and mechanism,digging the internal coupling points,and guiding the participation of multiple subjects,so as to alleviate the dislocation degree of the two.
