摘 要:声学超构表面是一种由人工微单元构成的超薄平面结构,在声场调控、噪声控制等诸多声学领域具有重要的应用前景。该文以单级风扇压气机在2100r/min工况的噪声频谱和模态作为输入条件,基于声学超构表面理论设计了一种宽频降噪声衬,研究超构表面降噪声衬在管道内的降噪特性,并在单级风扇压气机实验平台上进行验证。结果表明该降噪声衬在设计工况下具有很好的降噪效果,与设计值基本吻合,并且在宽频带(3006000Hz)降噪效果明显,总声压级下降12.6dB以上,具有很好的宽频降噪能力。另外在非设计工况下,该降噪声衬也具有很好的降噪效果,体现了多工况宽频降噪能力。Acoustic metasurface is a kind of ultra-thin planar structure composed of artificial micro-units,which has important application prospects in acoustic field control,noise control,and many other acoustic f ields.In this paper,the noise spectrum and mode amplitude of a single-stage fan compressor at 2100 r/min is taken as the input condition,and a broadband noise reduction liner is designed based on the acoustic metasurface theory.The noise reduction characteristics of the metasurface noise reduction liner in the pipeline are studied,and the noise reduction characteristics are verified on the single-stage fan compressor test platform.The results show that the noise reduction lining structure has a good noise reduction effect under the design condition(2100 r/min),basically consistent with the design value,and in the wide band(300–6000 Hz)noise reduction effect is obvious,the total sound pressure level reduction more than 12.6 dB,has a good wide band noise reduction ability.In addition,in the off-design condition,the noise reduction structure also has a good noise reduction effect,which demonstrates its wideband noise reduction capability under multiple operating conditions.
