摘 要:波纹管内流动可能激发声腔共振,产生剧烈压力脉动,影响管路正常工作。为分析声共振的频率特性,基于准一维声学方程,构建了声波在波纹管内的传递模型,并针对一般可压缩流体和理想气体,理论推导了考虑壁面导纳的波纹管内等效声速计算公式。在此基础上,采用声学单元方法,开展了三维波纹管内声学模态仿真及波纹结构参数影响性研究。仿真结果表明,三维有限元仿真得到的波纹管内介质等效声速与理论分析结果偏差在2%以内,验证了理论模型的准确性。仿真和理论分析表明,相比于直管,波纹结构会使管路等效声速有所降低。通过波纹结构参数化研究发现,波纹腔体宽度、深度增大,波纹节距减小,波纹管内介质等效声速减低。The flow in bellows may stimulate the acoustic resonance and induce intense pressure pulsations,which affects the use of pipelines.In order to analyze the frequency characteristics of the acoustic mode,the wave propagation model in bellows is constructed based on the quasi-one-dimensional acoustic equation.And considering wall admittance of both general compressible fluid and ideal gas,the formula of equivalent sound velocity in bellows is deduced.On this basis,the acoustic modal simulations and the study of corrugated struc ture influence are carried out through acoustic element method.The results show that the difference between the 3-D finite element simulation results and the theoretical results is less than 2%,which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical model.Furthermore,simulation and theoretical analysis show that the equivalent sound velocity of bellows is lower than that of straight pipes.Finally,through the parametric study of corrugated structure,it is found that the equivalent sound velocity decreases with the increase of the width and depth of corrugated cavity and the decrease of corrugated pitch.
