局部外套方钢管夹层自密实混凝土轴压性能试验研究

摘  要:在外套方钢管夹层混凝土组合约束柱的基础上采用局部约束的方法。为进一步研究局部外套方钢管夹层灌浆约束混凝土柱的轴压力学性能,以混凝土强度、约束高度和夹层厚度为主要变化参数对22个局部约束柱和4个未约束混凝土柱构件开展轴压试验。通过对其破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-钢管应变曲线以及局部约束段钢管表面环向、纵向应变分布来探究局部约束高度(50~250 mm、50~350 mm)、夹层灌浆厚度对组合约束柱轴压性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用局部外套方钢管夹层灌浆约束能有效提高柱的承载力和延性;随着约束高度的增加,约束柱的承载力在不同高度范围内有明显提高,具有良好的延性。与未约束柱相比,不同约束高度柱的承载力提升15%~67%;同时随着夹层灌浆厚度的变化,对约束柱的承载力提升幅度较小。A method of partial confinement is adopted based on the composite confined column with a concretefilled steel tube(CFST)jacket.To further investigate the axial compressive mechanical properties of jacketed,partially confined concrete-filled double-skin steel tubular(CFDST)columns,axial compression tests were conducted on 22 partially confined specimens and 4 unconfined concrete columns,with concrete strength,confinement height,and interlayer thickness as the main variables.Failure modes,load-displacement curves,loadsteel tube strain curves,and the distributions of hoop and longitudinal strains on the steel tube surface in the partially confined section were analyzed to examine the effects of partial confinement height(50–250 mm,50–350 mm)and interlayer grouting thickness on the axial compressive performance of composite confined columns.Test results indicate that partial confinement with a jacketed CFST interlayer grouting effectively enhances the bearing capacity and ductility of the columns.As the confinement height increases,the bearing capacity of confined columns significantly improves across different height ranges,demonstrating excellent ductility.Compared with unconfined columns,the bearing capacity of confined columns increases by 15%to 67%at different confinement heights.Meanwhile,variations in interlayer grouting thickness have a relatively minor effect on enhancing the bearing capacity of confined columns.
