摘　　要：现代化进程和多元文化交流影响多民族聚居传统村落,新时代从理论和实践层面系统建构家园共同体值得深入探讨。通过梳理社会学、人类学关于共同体的理论脉络,分析村落共同体在多民族聚居村落中的局限性。以云南省某市X村为实证研究对象,分析其在市场化改革前、市场化改革时期、生态文明建设时期等三个时段演变特征。市场化改革前,X村形成稳定的共同体;市场化改革时期,旅游介入带来快速发展,但出现利益分配不均、文化特色削弱等问题,导致共同体退化;生态文明建设时期,逐渐形成互惠的共同体,注重利益公平分配和文化传承。基于实证分析,从社群利益、文化交融、情感价值三个维度界定家园共同体的概念,并综合考虑多维度动态变化、可持续发展和适应性原则、突出政策和社区参与等方面来解析其内涵,创新建构家园共同体框架体系,提出优化民族家园环境、激活民族文化发展、激发家园保护意识等家园共同体建构策略。The modernization process and multicultural exchanges have impacted traditional multiethnic villages,making it worthwhile to systematically explore the construction of home community in the new era from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Under the theoretical context of community in sociology and anthropology,this paper analyzes the limitations of village community in multi-ethnic traditional villages.Taking Village X in Yunnan as an empirical case study,this paper examines its evolution characteristics across three periods:before market reform,during market reform and during the period of ecological civilization construction.Before market reform,a stable community was formed in Village X.During market reform,tourism intervention brought rapid development but also led to issues such as uneven distribution of benefits and a weakening of cultural characteristics emerged,rusulting in community degradation.During the period of ecological civilization construction,a mutually beneficial community has gradually emerged,focusing on fair distribution of benefits and cultural inheritance.Based on empirical analysis,the concept of home community is defined from three dimensions:community interests,cultural integration and emotional value.The study comprehensively considers aspects such as multi-dimensional dynamic changes,sustainable development and adaptability principles,prominent policies and community participation to elucidate its connotation.It innovatively constructs a framework for the home community,enriches the theoretical system of the Chinese national community and proposes strategies for optimizing the ethnic home environment,revitalizing ethnic cultural development,and enhancing awareness of home protection.
