摘　　要：流动作为一种赋权,使得流向城市的农村女性成功“脱域”和“脱序”。女性农民工的流动过程是一个资源累积与能动性相互作用、相互促进的赋权过程,通过多维资本的累积与能动性的发挥,女性实现了经济、社会与自我层面的全面赋权,完成了个体身份的转型与主体性的重构,建构出一个独立的、具有自主意识的、能够自由选择和实现自我价值的主体形象。女性从被建构的“女人”“打工妹”和“乡下人”转变为“独立女性”“老板”和“城里人”,突破了父权制、二元社会结构和阶层结构的束缚与桎梏的同时,实现了对自我的建构。研究发现,女性主体身份的建构具有动态性、过程性、复杂性的特点,女性主体性的建构经历了被动适应到主动反抗,再到无意识合谋的过程,经济独立、教育提升与自我意识觉醒是女性主体建构的主要路径。Mobility,as a form of empowerment,enables rural women migrating to cities to achieve“disembedding”from their original rural contexts and“disentanglement”from traditional constraints.The mobility process of female migrant workers constitutes an empowerment dynamic where resource accumulation and agency interact and reinforce each other.Through the accumulation of multidimensional capitals and the exercise of agency,women achieve comprehensive empowerment in economic,social,and personal levels,accomplishing the transformation of individual identity and the reconstruction of sub⁃jectivity.They construct an independent subject image,with autonomous awareness,capable of freely choosing and realizing self-value.Women transition from being constructed as“women”,“factory girls”,and“country folk”to“independent women”,“bosses”,and“city dwellers”,breaking free from the constraints and shackles of patriarchy,binary social structures,and class hierarchy while also constructing their own self-identity.The study finds that the construction of women’s subjectivity is characterized by dynamics,processuality,and complexity.The construction of women’s subjectivity undergoes a process from passive adaptation to active resistance,and then to unconscious complicity.Economic independence,educational advancement,and the awakening of self-awareness emerge as the main pathways for the construction of women’s subjectivity.
