摘　　要：肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病进展到肝硬化必经的阶段,早期抑制肝纤维化的发生发展在肝病治疗中至关重要。细胞死亡在肝纤维化的发生机制中作用复杂,但是却是肝纤维化治疗的潜在靶点,近年来,关于各种中药单体及中药复方通过调控细胞死亡治疗肝纤维化的研究层出不穷。基于此,通过汇总最新国内外相关文献,以中药活性成分及中药复方为重点,以细胞死亡调控方式为出发点,对肝纤维化的治疗进行综述,为肝纤维化的临床治疗提供参考。Liver fibrosis is an inevitable stage in the progression of various chronic liver diseases to cirrhosis,and early inhibition of liver fibrosis is crucial in the treatment of liver diseases.Cell death plays a complex role in the mechanism of liver fibrosis,but it is a potential target for treatment of liver fibrosis.In recent years,there have been numerous studies on treatment of liver fibrosis by modulating cell death through various Chinese medicinal monomers and traditional Chinese medicinal combinations.Based on this,by summarizing the latest domestic and international literature and taking cell death modulation as the starting point,the treatment of liver fibrosis by focusing on the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines and traditional Chinese medicinal compounds was reviewed,with view to providing reference for the clinical treatment of liver fibrosis.
