摘　　要：旧区改造是城市建设的重要内容,本研究对重庆市两个相连的老社区和改建后的优秀案例进行调查。结果表明旧区居民对社区总评较为积极,但社区的服务设施仍需改善。居民重视公共秩序维持、公共交通便利、公共场地和社区绿地规划。此外,地面停车和无电梯降低了居民的生活舒适度。改造设计需尊重居民的意愿和需求,存续社区文化历史。The renovation of old communities stands as a fundamental pillar of contemporary urban development.This study undertakes an in-depth examination of two contiguous,old communities in Chongqing,juxtaposed with exemplary cases post-renovation.The findings indicate a generally positive assessment of the community by its residents,albeit with a need for improvement in community service facilities.Residents place a high value on the maintenance of public order,the accessibility of public transportation,and the planning of public spaces and community green areas.Furthermore,the prevalence of surface parking and the lack of elevator facilities are identified as significant detractors from residential comfort.Future renovation designs must be meticulously crafted to honor resident preferences and needs,while concurrently preserving the community's cultural and historical heritage.
