摘 要:近年来,随着高新技术的迅猛发展和居民对生活品质要求的提升,智能小区在现代住宅建设中日益普及,成为未来的发展趋势。本文通过分析国内外智能小区物业管理系统的应用现状,探讨其特征与功能,找到现有系统在技术更新、用户适应性、设备维护和数据安全等方面的不足。基于智慧物业的视角,提出针对性的对策建议,旨在提升物业管理系统的整体水平,加速智能小区向智慧化的转型与发展。Amidst the exponential growth of cutting-edge technologies and increasing demands for enhanced residential life quality,intelligent communities have emerged as a predominant trend in contemporary residential construction,signaling a trajectory towards future advancements.This study conducts an in-depth examination of the current application status of property management systems in intelligent communities,both domestically and internationally,scrutinizing their characteristics and functionalities.It subsequently identifies deficiencies in aspects such as technological updates,user adaptability,equipment maintenance,and data security.From the perspective of intelligent property management,this study proposes targeted strategies and recommendations aimed at augmenting the overall level of property management systems.This,in turn,is intended to accelerate the transformation and development of intelligent communities towards smart properties.
