摘　　要：新时代公民志愿精神培育是对标中国式现代化中的人的现代化,以实现全体人民精神生活共同富裕为目标,在全社会公民中培育以“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”为内涵的志愿精神。培育公民志愿精神要以马克思主义人学理论中的人的本质理论、人的价值理论、人的解放理论以及人的自由而全面发展理论为理论基础,观照志愿精神培育的主体性、现实价值性、历史进步性、发展性,在此基础上探寻符合新时代公民志愿精神培育的现实进路。The cultivation of civic volunteerism in the new era is aimed at the modernization of human beings in the context of Chinesestyle modernization,with the goal of realizing the common wealth of the spiritual life of all people,to cultivate among all citizens of the entire society the spirit of volunteerism,which has the connotations of“dedication,fraternity,mutual assistance and progress”.The cultivation of civic volunteerism should be based on the Marxist humanistic theories of human nature,human reality,human value,human emancipation,human freedom and comprehensive development,take into account the subjectivity,realistic value,historical progress,and developmental nature of the cultivation of volunteerism.Building upon these foundations,We should explore a realistic approach that conforms to the cultivation of the spirit of citizen volunteerism in the new era.
