摘 要:时间价值是影响志愿服务供给的重要因素,但是影响的方向和程度如何,已有研究并未得出一致结论。本研究利用中国真实进步微观调查(CGPiS2016)数据,基于贝克尔(Gary S.Becker)的时间分配理论,探讨就业状态和工资水平对居民提供志愿服务的影响。使用赫克曼(James J.Heckman)两步法模型处理自选择问题后,结果表明:就业能够显著提高居民参与志愿服务的概率,但会减少其志愿服务时长;工资水平提高对居民参与志愿服务的概率没有显著影响,但同样会减少其志愿服务时长。基于研究结果提出对策建议:一是提高居民就业率并鼓励民间开展志愿服务,二是扩大志愿服务的受惠范围,三是分析不同收入群体并采取有针对性措施,四是加强志愿服务的认可与激励。The value of time is an important factor influencing the supply of volunteer services,yet the direction and extent of its impact remain inconclusive in existing research.This study utilizes data from the Chinese Genuine Progress Indicator Survey(CGPiS2016)and applies Becker's time allocation theory,explores the impact of employment status and wage level on residents'engagement in voluntary services.After addressing the self-selection issue using the Heckman two-step model,the results show that employment enhances the probability of residents participating in voluntary services,but significantly reduces the duration of voluntary services.Although wage level has no significant impact on the probability of participation,It exerts a negative impact on the duration of voluntary services.Based on the findings,the study proposes the following policy recommendations:Firstly,enhancer the employment rate and encourage grassroots voluntary service initiatives.Secondly,broaden the scope of beneficiaries of voluntary services.Thirdly,analyze different income groups and take targeted measures.Finally,strengthen the recognition and incentives for voluntary services.
