摘 要:随着生物制药产业的飞速发展,国家对生物制药人才培养提出了较高要求。《生物技术制药》是对药学和生物技术专业学生开展的重要专业基础课程,旨在通过这门课程使学生掌握生物技术制药领域的基本概念、原理、技术方法和应用。因为该课程涉及到的新技术、新方法较多,对于学生来说前沿进展信息多,学习难度较大。以慕课平台为基础,结合“微课”授课形式,从课程特点出发,作者对《生物技术制药》课程展开基于OBE理念的“慕课”“微课”与前置任务式翻转课堂的应用探索。通过将“慕课”“微课”引入课程理论授课,将前置任务式翻转课堂应用于实验课授课,有利于拓展学生的知识面、调动学生的学习主动性以及培养学生的创新实践能力。该模式吸收了“慕课”资源中课程知识相关的内容,夯实了学生的知识基础,汇集了课前线上讨论中观点碰撞产生的新思想和新知识。近两个教学周期的课堂实践证实,基于OBE理念的以“慕课”“微课”为基础的理论课授课模式和“前置任务式翻转课堂”实验课互动式授课模式在《生物技术制药》教学中取得了理想的教学效果,对培养创新应用型生物制药复合人才具有重要意义。With the rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry,the requirements for the training of biopharmaceutical talents is much higher than before.Biotechnology Pharmaceutical is an important basic course for students majoring in pharmacy and biotechnology.This course aims to enable students to master the basic concepts,principles,technical methods and applications in the field of biotechnology pharmaceuticals.Because this course involves many new technologies,new methods and progress information,it is difficult for students to learn.The author takes the expected learning results as the guidance,comprehensively considers what knowledge and skills students have learned through this course,whether it is helpful for students to engage in relevant professional work in the future to reverse the education training program,and implement student-centered teaching.Based on the MOOCs platform,combined with the teaching form of"Micro-courses",and the characteristics of the course,the authors explore the application of"MOOCs","Micro-courses"and pre-task-based flipped classroom based on the OBE concept for the course"Biotechnology Pharmaceutical".By introducing"MOOCs"and"Micro-courses"into theory course teaching,and applying the pre-task-based flipped classroom to experimental course teaching,it is conducive to expanding students'knowledge scope,mobilizing students"learning initiative and cultivating students'innovative and practical ability.This model absorbs the content related to course knowledge in the"MOOCs"resources,strengthens the knowledge base of students,brings the new ideas and new knowledge generated by the collision of viewpoints in the online discussion before class.The classroom practice of the recent two teaching cycles has proved that the theoretical course teaching mode based on"MOOCs"and"Micro-courses"and the interactive teaching mode of"pre-task flipped classroom"experimental course based on OBE concept have achieved better teaching effect,and is of great significance for training innovative bio-pharma
