摘  要:SAE1215H盘条生产过程中表面氧化铁皮出现鼓泡。对SAE1215H盘条采用不同温度加热,保温5 min后空冷,观察SAE1215H试样氧化铁皮形貌并分析氧化铁皮成分,当温度达到950℃时,SAE1215H盘条的氧化铁皮表面出现鼓泡,同时有穿透性裂缝,其原因是P元素聚积于氧化铁皮与基体界面,使Fe_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)含量增高,在950℃分解和升华后造成氧化铁皮起泡脱落。研究表明,适当降低轧制过程温度和吐丝温度可以防止SAE1215H盘条表面出现鼓泡。SAE1215H wire rod surface oxide scale occurred bubbling in production process.SAE1215H wire rods were heated at different temperatures and air cooled after holding for 5 minutes,oxide scale morphology of SAE1215H samples was observed and composition of iron scale was analyzed.When temperature reached 950℃,SAE1215H wire rod surface oxide scale appeared bubbling and penetrating cracks,which were caused by accumulation of P element at interface between iron sheet and matrix,content of Fe_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) was increased,which promotes foaming and detachment of oxide scale after decomposition and sublimation at 950℃.Results show that bubbling on SAE1215H wire rod surface can be prevented by reducing rolling temperature and lay temperature properly.
