双捻机在钢丝绳股生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍双捻机的捻制原理、特点和实现双捻的运动过程。针对双捻机生产1-6型、1-6/12点接触型、1-6-6+6-12型钢丝绳股生产过程中的问题进行总结、分析和解决。明确双捻机生产对成捻情况、张力控制、飞轮槽尺寸和飞轮安装角度等方面的要求,强调外过捻器对产品质量控制的重要性。对双捻机规模替代管绞机的可行性进行分析和展望。To introduce laying principle,characteristics and movement process of double laying machine.The problems in production process of 1-6,1-6/12 point contact and 1-6-6+6-12 wire rope strands by double laying machine are summarized and analyzed.Requirements of double laying machine production on laying condition,tension control,flywheel slot size and flywheel installation angle are clarified,and importance of external over layer for product quality control is emphasized.Feasibility of replacing pipe stranding machine with double laying machine is analyzed and prospected.
