摘  要:海洋工程船舶起重钢丝绳在作业过程中突然断裂,对钢丝绳断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:钢丝绳受到海水腐蚀氧化严重,腐蚀已到钢丝基体内部。钢丝绳在作业过程中经过滑轮和卷筒时,在腐蚀与磨损的共同作用下,钢丝表面形成凹坑及孔洞,钢丝绳直径变细。钢丝绳在经过滑轮时,表面形成孔洞的钢丝在弯曲力和牵引力的作用下沿孔洞形成裂口而断裂,剩余钢丝难以支撑全部的承载力,造成钢丝绳断裂。Hoisting wire rope of offshore engineering ship sudden fracture in operation,fracture causes of wire rope are analyzed.Results show that wire rope is seriously corroded and oxidized by sea water,corrosion has reached inside of steel wire matrix.During operation process,when wire rope passes through pulley and drum,under combined action of corrosion and wear,pits and holes are formed on surface of steel wire,and diameter of wire rope becomes thinner.When wire rope passes through pulley,the steel wire with holes formed on surface will break along holes under action of bending force and traction force.The remaining steel wire is not enough to support all bearing capacity,and then it will be pulled and broken.
