港口场桥经垂直滑轮钢丝绳寿命较短原因分析与改进建议

摘  要:港口场桥无论采用的是八绳缠绕系统,还是采用四绳缠绕系统,经过轴线相互垂直滑轮段钢丝绳的寿命总是相对较低。分析认为产生该现象的主要原因是轴线相互垂直两滑轮距离太近,在钢丝绳反复进出滑轮过程中,钢丝绳与滑轮槽壁间摩擦所产生的力矩会使钢丝绳反复松捻、加捻,在交变扭转载荷作用下钢丝疲劳断裂。绳槽尺寸偏小加速了钢丝疲劳。钢丝绳质量不佳对断丝有一定影响。建议根据绳槽实际尺寸选择公称直径相对较小钢丝绳、精细钢丝绳结构参数设计、严格控制钢丝绳生产过程工艺符合性、强化钢芯润滑与采用压实股组芯等措施,以改善钢丝绳使用寿命。Whether the port bridge adopts eight rope winding system or four rope winding system,The life of wire rope is always relatively low when axis is perpendicular to each other.Analysis shows that main reason for the phenomenon is that distance between two pulleys perpendicular to each other is too close.In the process of wire rope entering and leaving pulley repeatedly,torque generated by friction between wire rope and wall of pulley will make wire rope repeatedly loose and twist,and finally lead to steel wire breaking due to fatigue under action of alternating torsional load.The small groove size accelerates steel wire fatigue,poor quality of wire rope has certain effect on broken wire.It is suggested to select wire rope with relatively small nominal diameter,design structure parameters of wire rope,strictly control process conformity of wire rope production process,strengthen lubrication of steel core and adopt compacting core to improve service life of wire rope.
