摘 要:为研究矿物外加剂对低热水泥抗冲耐磨混凝土性能的影响,以C_(90)40粉煤灰低热水泥抗冲耐磨混凝土为研究对象,分别掺3%的硅粉、2%的HF外加剂和13%的HB7-1型抗冲磨剂,研究其对混凝土力学性能、抗冲磨性能、变形性能及绝热温升值的影响。结果表明:添加硅粉、HF外加剂和HB7-1型抗冲磨剂混凝土的90d龄期抗压强度较基准混凝土分别增长2.9%、4.1%、3.5%,抗冲磨强度分别提升12.6%、16.1%、12.6%。HF外加剂和HB7-1型抗冲磨剂可降低混凝土的变形性能和绝热温升值,而硅粉对混凝土性能的影响规律与之相反。相比而言,掺HF外加剂混凝土抗冲磨性能相对较优,掺HB7-1型抗冲磨剂与掺硅粉的混凝土抗冲磨性能无明显差异。研究结果可为矿物掺合料与低热水泥复合胶凝材料在水电工程抗冲耐磨混凝土中的应用提供参考。In order to study the influence of mineral admixtures on the performance of low-heat cement impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete,C_(90)40 fly ash low-heat cement impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete was used as the research object,and 3%silica powder,2%HF admixture and 13%HB7-1 anti-impact and wear agent were added respectively to study their effects on the mechanical properties,anti-impact and wear properties,deformation properties and thermal insulation temperature rise of concrete.The results show that the 90-day compressive strength of concrete with silica fume,HF admixture and HB7-1 anti-abrasion agent increased by 2.9%,4.1%and 3.5%respectively compared with the baseline concrete,and the anti-abrasion strength increased by 12.6%,16.1%and 12.6%respectively.HF admixture and HB7-1 anti-abrasion agent can reduce the deformation performance and adiabatic temperature rise of concrete,while the effect of silica fume on the performance of concrete is the opposite.In comparison,the anti-abrasion performance of concrete with HF admixture is relatively good,and there is no significant difference in the anti-abrasion performance of concrete with HB7-1 anti-abrasion agent and silica fume.The research results can provide a reference for the application of mineral admixtures and low-heat cement composite cementitious materials in anti-abrasion and wear-resistant concrete for hydropower projects.
