摘 要:采用《建设用砂》(GB/T 14684-2022)中规定的方法测定废弃混凝土再生细骨料饱和面干吸水率时,结果容易偏离真实值。为提高测定结果的准确性,以某公路桥梁工程废弃混凝土为原料,制备了微粉含量分别为6%、10%、14%和18%以及不同颗粒级配含量的再生细骨料,采用一种综合测定方法对再生细骨料饱和面干吸水率开展试验研究。结果表明:该综合测定方法能够以定量的方式较好地实现废弃混凝土再生细骨料饱和面干吸水率测定。当再生细骨料中2.36mm以下颗粒含量增加时,吸水率测定结果变大;2.36mm以下颗粒含量减少时,吸水率测定结果变小,所测结果符合再生细骨料对水的吸附规律,且测定结果与微粉含量之间呈较好的线性关系。When the method specified in"Construction Sand"(GB/T 14684-2022)is used to determine the saturated surface dry water absorption of recycled fine aggregate in waste concrete,the result is easy to deviate from the true value.In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement results,the waste concrete of a highway bridge project was used as raw material to prepare recycled fine aggregates with micro-powder contents of 6%,10%,14%and 18%and different particle grading contents.A comprehensive measurement method was used to conduct an experimental study on the saturated surface dry water absorption of the recycled fine aggregate.The results show that the comprehensive measurement method can better achieve the determination of the saturated surface dry water absorption of the recycled fine aggregate of waste concrete in a quantitative manner.When the content of particles below 2.36 mm in the recycled fine aggregate increases,the water absorption measurement result becomes larger;when the content of particles below 2.36 mm decreases,the water absorption measurement result becomes smaller.The measured results are in line with the adsorption law of recycled fine aggregate on water,and there is a good linear relationship between the measurement results and the micro-powder content.
