摘  要:我国水文测站点多面广,基础设施建设维护工作量大,随着自然环境日益复杂,水文巡测、应急监测需求剧增,实现测验载体(水文缆道)建设轻简化、无站房化成为水文基础设施发展趋势之一。为解决水文监测多平台、多载体的联合自动控制等问题,设计了一种便携式缆道测控系统,用于对无人值守、不宜或不具备建设水文缆道的河流断面进行水文要素监测。该测流方式安全快捷,主控设备随带随测,可通过笔记本电脑、平板电脑等智能终端无线连接即可完成测验断面全自动、半自动、手动流速仪缆道测流过程以及拖载其他各类仪器渡河测验作业。Our country's hydrological measurement stations are numerous and extensive,and the workload of infrastructure construction and maintenance is large.With the increasing complexity of the natural environment,the demand for hydrological inspection and emergency monitoring has increased dramatically.The realization of simplified construction of test carriers(hydrological cableways)and station-free construction has become one of the development trends of hydrological infrastructure.In order to solve the problems of joint automatic control of multiple platforms and multiple carriers for hydrological monitoring,a portable cableway measurement and control system is designed to monitor hydrological elements in river sections that are unattended and not suitable or capable of building hydrological cableways.This flow measurement method is safe and fast.The main control device can be carried with you for measurement.It can be wirelessly connected to smart terminals such as laptops and tablets to complete the test section full-automatic,semi-automatic,and manual flow meter cableway flow measurement process and tow other types of instruments to cross the river for testing.
