摘  要:湖北省建成6家红色基因水利风景区,数量位居全国第一,塑造的红色基因水利文化旅游品牌已成为全国颇具影响力的文旅典范,在传承红色基因、开展爱国主义教育、革命传统教育等方面发挥着积极作用。调研发现其存在发展不平衡、资源整合不够;开发深度和广度不足,与其他产业融合发展不足,市场潜力未得到充分挖掘;面临的市场竞争越来越激烈和保护与开发的矛盾亟待解决等问题。探索提出加强省域统筹规划与资源整合,提升整体品质与文化内涵,推动与其他产业融合发展,创新市场宣传推广与市场精准营销方式,提升品牌影响力和竞争力,多举措并举实现保护与开发双赢局面等对策。Hubei Province has established six Red Gene Water Conservancy Scenic Spots,ranking first in the country.The red gene water conservancy tourism brand that has been shaped has become a highly influential tourism model nationwide,playing a positive role in inheriting red gene and conducting patriotism and revolutionary tradition education.However,research has found that these areas face several challenges,including unbalanced development and insufficient integration of resources,lack of in-depth and extensive development,and insufficient integration with other industries,resulting in untapped market potential,increasingly fierce market competition and the urgent need to resolve the contradiction between protection and development.To address these issues,it is proposed to strengthen provincial planning and integration of resources to enhance overall quality and cultural connotations,promote the integration with other industries,innovate market promotion and targeted marketing methods,boost the brand influence and competitiveness,and take multiple measures to achieve a win-win situation in protection and development.
