摘 要:桥墩作为桥梁结构的关键组成部分,其安全性和稳定性是保障桥梁安全运行的关键。传统桥墩加固方法存在施工周期长、加固效果有限及成本高昂等问题,亟需探索更为高效、经济的加固技术。近年来,超高性能混凝土(UHPC)以其高强度、高韧性、高耐久性等特点,在桥墩加固领域展现出显著优势。笔者系统梳理了桥墩UHPC加固技术相关理论,探讨了UHPC的材料性能及其在桥墩加固中的应用优势。通过对比分析涂抹法、喷射法和预制件加固法,发现UHPC加固技术能够显著提升桥墩的承载能力、耐久性和抗裂性能,同时,结合具体工程实例,详细分析了桥墩UHPC加固方法、施工方案,并对加固效果进行了评估。有限元分析结果表明,加固后的桥墩抗拉承载力和抗压承载力分别提升了125.3%和163.9%,墩顶截面上下缘应力分别降低了49.1%和43.9%,显著改善了在役桥梁的受力状态,且具有优异的耐久性,能够为今后类似的加固工程提供参考。As a key part of bridge structure,the safety and stability of bridge piers has become the key to ensure the safety of bridges.Traditional bridge pier strengthening methods have long construction period,limited reinforcement effect and high cost,etc.Thus,there is an urgent need to explore more efficient and economical reinforcement technology.In recent years,ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),has shown significant advantages in the field of bridge pier strengthening because of high strength,high toughness,high durability and other excellent characteristics.The theories related to UHPC strengthening technology for bridge piers were systematically reviewed,and the material properties of UHPC and its application advantages were discussed in this paper.By comparing and analyzing coating method,spraying method and prefabricated reinforcement method,it is found that the UHPC strengthening technology can significantly improve the bearing capacity,durability and anti-cracking performance of bridge piers.Further,based on an engineering example,the UHPC strengthening technique and construction scheme were analyzed in detail and the strengthening effect was evaluated.The finite element analysis results indicate that the bearing capacity of the strengthened bridge piers were increased by 125.3%and 163.9%,and the stresses at the upper and lower edges were reduced by 49.1%and 43.9%,respectively,which improved the stress state of the bridge in service significantly with excellent durability,which can provide a reference for similar strengthening projects in the future.
