摘 要:为揭示重载车辆制动荷载对在建高速公路沥青路面力学响应的影响,建立了考虑长大纵坡路段荷载叠加效应的在建高速公路沥青路面计算模型。通过计算不同轴载和制动荷载下关键计算点位的力学响应,对相应层位的剪切破坏和疲劳开裂进行了评估。结果表明:车辆轴载对中面层层底剪应力的影响远高于制动荷载;相较于100 kN轴载,150 kN和200 kN轴载作用下的中面层层底剪应力均值分别增加50%和101%;当制动加速度为7 m/s^(2)时,100、150、200 kN轴载条件下,下面层层底剪应力分别比匀速状态时增加72%、40%、5%;在标准轴载下,沥青下面层层底剪应力与制动加速度的大小关系紧密,过大的制动加速度可能导致剪应力急剧增加;重载条件下,制动加速度对下面层层底剪应力的影响减弱,且影响幅度随着轴载的增加而减小;不同轴载与制动荷载对沥青面层和无机结合料稳定层疲劳开裂的影响规律相似,车辆轴载对其力学响应的影响远高于制动荷载,重载车辆会显著加速已铺装沥青面层和无机结合料稳定层的疲劳开裂。研究结果可为在建高速公路通行车辆轴载和制动荷载控制提供理论依据。In order to study the impact of heavily-loaded vehicle braking loads on the mechanical response of asphalt pavements on highways in construction progress,considering the load superposition effect of long steep sections,a calculation model was conducted.The mechanical responses at key points under various axle and braking loads were calculated to evaluate the shear failure and fatigue cracking in the corresponding layers.The results indicate that vehicle axle loads has more significantly influence on the shear stress at the bottom of the middle surface layer than braking loads.Compares with 100 kN axle load,the shear stress of 150 kN and 200 kN axle loads increase by 50%and 101%,respectively;When a braking acceleration is 7 m/s^(2),the shear stress at the bottom of the lower layers increase by 72%,40%,and 5%for 100 kN,150 kN,and 200 kN axle loads,respectively than the one under the uniform speed condition.Under standard axle loads,the shear stress at the bottom of the lower asphalt layer is closely linked to braking acceleration,with excessive braking acceleration potentially causing a sharp increase.Under heavy loads,the impact of braking acceleration weakens and diminishes with increases of the axle load.The influence patterns of different axle loads and braking loads on fatigue cracking in asphalt surface layers and inorganic binder stabilized layers are similar.but the impact of vehicle axle load on their mechanical responses is far greater than that of braking loads.Heavily-loaded vehicle significantly accelerates the fatigue cracking of paved asphalt surface layers and inorganic binder stabilized layers.These findings provide a theoretical basis for controlling vehicle axle and braking loads on highways under construction.
