摘 要:随着桥梁建设的发展,斜拉桥在大跨度桥梁中的比重越来越大。桥面吊机是大跨度斜拉桥施工中必要的施工装备,因此,结合乌海黄河大桥施工,介绍了桥面吊机在斜拉桥建设中的应用和发展、主要技术参数和各组成系统的构造,阐述了吊机如何实现桥面走行、梁段旋转、坡度调整和支点间距调整等关键技术,说明了桥面吊机的设计载荷、设计工况与计算方法;采用MIDAS软件建立有限元模型,分析了桥面吊机的整体受力情况,验证了构件的强度、刚度和稳定性。分析结果表明,该吊机使用安全可靠;钢箱梁桥面吊机可用于跨越不通航河流桥梁和艰险山区桥梁的建设,拓宽了钢箱梁建设领域。乌海黄河大桥桥面吊机的成功应用,为复杂条件下钢箱梁的架设提供了参考和借鉴。With the development of bridge construction,the proportion of cable-stayed bridges in long-span bridges has been increased.Bridge deck cranes are essential construction equipment in the construction.According to the construction of the Wuhai Yellow River Bridge,the application and development of deck cranes,the main technical parameters and the composition system are introduced.The key technology of how to realize walk on the deck,beam rotation,slope and fulcrum distance adjustment are expounded.The design load,design conditions and calculation method of bridge deck crane are explained;The finite element model is established by MIDAS software to analyze the overall force,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the components are verified.The results show that the crane is safe and reliable.The steel box girder deck rotary crane can be used for the construction of bridges across innavigable rivers and bridges in difficult mountainous areas,which broadens the field of steel box girder construction.The successful application of the deck crane of Wuhai Yellow River Bridge provides a reference for the erection of steel box girder under complex conditions.
