摘 要:桥梁在长期运营过程中,板式橡胶支座在压剪老化耦合作用下力学性能逐渐劣化。为了定量分析其影响,设计了一种新型装置,首先对10组支座进行压剪预加载,继而开展了支座热老化试验,并分析了剪应变与老化时长对支座滞回曲线、等效剪切刚度和等效阻尼比的影响。研究结果表明:初始剪应变的增大会显著影响板式橡胶支座的力学性能,而随着初始剪应变和等效老化时间的增加,板式橡胶支座的等效剪切刚度几乎呈线性增长,压剪应力与热老化共同作用导致板式橡胶支座力学性能的劣化程度更为严重。最后,针对压剪老化耦合作用下的板式橡胶支座提出了其等效剪切刚度的修正公式,可为评估板式橡胶支座在长期运营状态下的刚度变化提供参考依据。During the long-term operation of the bridge,the mechanical properties of the laminated rubber bearings gradually deteriorate under the coupling effect of compression shear and aging.In order to quantitatively analyze its impact,a new device was designed.Firstly,10 groups of supports were subjected to compression shear preloading,followed by thermal aging tests.The effects of shear strain and aging duration on the hysteresis curve,equivalent shear stiffness,and equivalent damping ratio of the supports were analyzed.The research results indicate that the increase of initial shear strain significantly affects the mechanical properties of laminated rubber bearings.With the increase of initial shear strain and equivalent aging time,the equivalent shear stiffness of the laminated rubber bearings increases almost linearly.The combined effect of compressive shear stress and thermal aging cause more severe deterioration of the mechanical properties of laminated rubber bearings.Finally,a modified formula for the equivalent shear stiffness of laminated rubber bearings was proposed under the coupling effect of compression shear aging,which can provide a reference for evaluating the stiffness changes of the laminated rubber bearings under long-term operation.
