摘 要:装配式高强钢-混凝土组合梁因轻质、大跨和施工效率高在桥梁工程中被广泛应用,但其动载荷易引发疲劳破坏,威胁桥梁的安全并降低寿命。因此通过静力与疲劳试验,分析了不同疲劳载荷幅值、上限和剪力连接对其疲劳性能的影响,探讨了疲劳破坏模式、寿命和刚度变化规律。研究结果表明,疲劳测试中钢梁裂缝初现于约第36万次循环,其后载荷-挠度曲线斜率仅下降了4.67%;静态加载时组合梁端部最大滑移量为0.16 mm。疲劳破坏主要表现为跨中钢梁裂缝初开并扩展,结构表现出优异的抗疲劳性能,刚度变化小,滑移量微小。疲劳寿命受载荷幅值显著影响,试验数据与AASHTO规范中的S-N曲线拟合良好,预测精度高;提出的剪力连接优化方案进一步提升了桥梁的疲劳寿命。该研究为装配式高强钢-混凝土组合梁抗疲劳设计提供了关键数据支持,对桥梁结构可靠性提升具有重要意义。Because of the lightweight properties,big span capacity,and efficient construction,prefabricated highstrength steel-concrete composite beams have been widely utilized in bridge engineering.However,dynamic loads can induce fatigue failure,threatening the safety and service life of the bridge.The effects of various fatigue load amplitudes,upper limits,and shear connectors on the fatigue performance of P-HS-CCBs were investigated through static and fatigue testing,fatigue failure modes,service life,and stiffness variation patterns were explored.The results reveal that initial cracks in the steel beam appeared around the 360000 th loading cycle during fatigue testing,with only a 4.67%reduction in the slope of the load-deflection curve thereafter.Under static loading,the maximum slip at the beam ends was 0.16 mm.Fatigue failure mainly manifested as the initiation and propagation of cracks at the mid-span of the steel beam,demonstrating excellent fatigue resistance,minimal stiffness variation,and negligible slip.Fatigue life was significantly influenced by load amplitude value.The experimental data aligned well with the S-N curve prescribed by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials(AASHTO)standards,achieving high predictive accuracy.Furthermore,the proposed optimization of shear connectors further enhanced fatigue life.This study provides data to support the fatigue-resistant design of prefabricated high-strength steelconcrete composite beams and provides referece value for improving the reliability of bridge structures.
