摘　　要：高等医学院校在“大思政课”视域下构建劳动实践教育体系,要准确把握劳动实践教育的基本内容,完善顶层设计、创新课程编排、加强师资队伍建设、建好用好教学基地、注重信息技术建设、保障经费投入,同时要坚持正确的政治方向,注重将劳动实践教育与职业生涯规划教育紧密结合,精心设计组织,安全推进,形成校内校外协同育人机制。In order to construct a labor practice education system in higher medical colleges from the perspective of “great ideological and political courses”,it is necessary to accurately grasp the basic content of labor practice education,improve top-level design,innovate curriculum arrangement,strengthen teaching staff construction,build teaching bases well,pay attention to information technology construction,ensure funding investment,and adhere to the correct political direction.At the same time,it is important to closely integrate labor practice education with career planning education,design the organization carefully,promote safely,and form a collaborative education mechanism within and outside the school.
