“双轨合一”模式下提升临床医学专业学位硕士研究生科研能力的探讨

摘  要:我国针对临床医学专业硕士研究生实施“双轨合一”培养模式至今已近十年。在此模式下,一方面,临床医学专业研究生培养人数快速稳步提高,学生的临床经验得以不断提升,一定程度上满足了临床医学发展的要求;另一方面,培养单位和学生“重临床、轻科研”的问题日益凸显,影响了学生综合素质能力的培养与发展。该文就临床医学专业研究生“双轨合一”培养模式现状、所面临的问题及如何科学有效解决上述问题进行概述和讨论,为在“双轨合一”模式下提升临床医学专业硕士研究生的科研能力提供新思路、新方法。The implementation of the “dual-track integration” training model for professional degree postgraduates in clinical medicine in China has spanned nearly a decade.Under this model,the number of students pursuing clinical medicine has rapidly and steadily increased,allowing for continuous accumulation and enhancement of clinical experience.However,a growing concern is the emerging imbalance between clinical training and research emphasis faced by both educational institutions and students.This issue significantly impacts the overall development of students' comprehensive abilities.In this article,an overview and discussion of the current state of the “dual-track integration” training model for professional degree postgraduates in clinical medicine are provided,highlighting the challenges it poses.Additionally,new approaches are proposed to enhance research capabilities for professional degree postgraduates in clinical medicine within this model.
