摘　　要：首先,该文介绍了生殖医学领域的发展现状。其次,探讨了交叉学科教学改革在培养生殖医学人才中的意义。再次,从课程设计、教学方法、考核环节等方面提出了建议,并结合案例分析和国际经验,探讨了如何有效推动交叉学科生殖医学人才教学改革的实施。最后,总结了交叉学科生殖医学人才教学改革的重要意义和影响,并对未来的发展方向进行了剖析。In this study,an overview of the current status within the field of reproductive medicine is presented initially.Subsequently,the importance of interdisciplinary teaching reform in nurturing talents in reproductive medicine is examined.Recommendations are put forth regarding curriculum design,teaching methodologies,and evaluation,while the implementation of interdisciplinary teaching reform in reproductive medicine talent education is explored through case studies and international practices.Lastly,the implications and benefits of interdisciplinary teaching reform in reproductive medicine talent education are summarized,and future developmental pathways are analyzed.
