摘 要:为了解决某油田注水系统水量波动大、管网压损大、供过于求矛盾突出等问题,在A注水站、B注水站各应用1座变频调速装置,基于提高变频运行效果、指导现场参数优化的目的,通过研究变频技术原理及优势,采用合理匹配机泵能力、压力供给控制、注水排量核算、跟踪设备运行等方法,开展在满足注水量、压力需求的前提下,调节注水泵变频频率至最优工况的试验,两座变频达到降低管网损失0.55 MPa、提高效率0.88个百分点、日节电量0.87×10^(4) kWh、延长机泵寿命等显著效果,为其他油田注水系统选择节能技术具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to solve the problems of large fluctuations in water quantity,large pressure losses in the pipeline network,and prominent contradiction between supply and demand in water injection system of an oilfield,one frequency conversion speed control device has been applied in each of A water injection station and B water injection station.In view of improving the effect of frequency conversion operation and guide the optimization of field parameters,the methods of reasonably matching pump capacity,pressure supply control,water injection displacement accounting and tracking equipment operation are adopted by studying the principle and advantages of frequency conversion technology.The test of adjusting the frequency conversion frequency of the water injection pump is to the optimal working condition while meeting the requirements of water injection and pressure.The two frequency conversions have achieved remarkable results including reducing the loss of the pipeline network by 0.55 MPa,improving the efficiency by 0.88 percentage points,saving electricity by 0.87×10^(4) kWh per day,and prolonging the life of the pump,which has certain reference significance for other oilfield water injection systems that select energy conservation technology.
