摘  要:针对单一太阳能加热存在受天气影响严重,不能满足油井正常生产需要,以及采用电磁炉加热存在耗电量大、生产成本高等问题,通过开展井口加热方式对比分析,介绍了多能互补供热的太阳能自控加热装置的组成、现场应用情况以及综合效果评价等。实践证明,采用“光热+电能”多能互补供热系统替代油井传统燃气加热炉完全可行,系统运行安全可靠,它与单一采用电磁炉加热相比,单井平均综合节电率达到37.5%,推广应用43套多能互补供热系统,实现每年节省电能464×10^(4) kWh,具有良好的推广应用价值。Because the single solar heating is seriously affected by the weather,it can not meet the normal production needs of oil wells.Then there are problems such as large power consumption and high production cost by using of electromagnetic heating.Through the comparative analysis of wellhead heating methods,the composition,field application and comprehensive effect evaluation of solar automatic control heating devices that can complement heating are introduced.The practice shows that using"solar thermal and electric energy"multi-energy complementary heating system can replace traditional gas heating furnaces in oil wells,which is feasible and operates safely and reliably.Compared with the single use of electromagnetic heating,the average comprehensive power saving rate of single well reaches 37.5%.The 43 sets of multi-energy complementary heating systems have been promoted and applied,which achieves an annual savings of 464×10^(4) kWh and has good promotion and application value.
