摘 要:为解决加热炉因运行时长较长、负荷波动大、燃料燃烧不充分以及排烟温度高而导致的热效率低、能耗浪费严重的问题,基于冷凝技术原理,在加热炉中安装了冷凝装置。通过冷凝技术降低排烟温度、回收烟气热量以及优化燃烧器性能等,实现热量的回收利用。实例结果表明,加热炉在使用冷凝技术后过量空气系数、水蒸气容积含量和排烟量分别降低了11.1%、2.6%和12.5%,热能利用效率提高了8.8%。同时,采用冷凝技术的加热炉相比于传统方法节省了254.4 t的燃料油。通过对比测试进一步显示,应用冷凝技术的加热炉的热效率得到了有效提升,始终维持在95%以上,相较于传统技术的88.6%,提高了6.4个百分点。因此,冷凝技术在油田加热炉的节能增效方面展现出显著的成效,值得广泛推广和应用。In order to solve the problems of low thermal efficiency and serious energy consumption waste caused by the heating furnace that includes long operation time,large load fluctuation,insufficient fuel combustion and high exhaust temperature,the condensation device is installed in the heating furnace based on the principle of condensation technology.Using condensation technology reduces the exhaust temperature,recovers the flue gas heat and optimizes the burner performance,which achieves the recovery and utilization of heat.The example results show that after using condensation technology,the excess air coefficient,water vapor volume content,and exhaust volume of the heating furnace decreased by 11.1%,2.6%,and 12.5%respectively,and the thermal energy utilization efficiency increased by 8.8%.Meanwhile,the heating furnace using condensation technology saves 254.4 t of fuel oil.Compared to traditional methods,it is further indicated that the thermal efficiency of heating furnace using condensation technology has been effectively improved and it has been consistently maintaining above 95%,which increases by 6.4 percentage points compared with 88.6%of traditional technology.Therefore,the condensation technology has shown remarkable results in the energy conservation and efficiency improvement of oilfield heating furnace,which is worth extensive promotion and application.
