保温隔热油管井筒维温技术研究

摘  要:为降低油井井筒及地面管道结蜡造成的流动风险,在分析井筒和地层热流量传递过程的基础上,建立了井筒温度场控制模型,分析了不同防腐层和保温层组合方式下的维温效果,研究了多项参数对井筒温度变化的规律,并根据产液量的不同形成了两种井筒维温策略。结果表明:当隔热油管采用高密度聚乙烯加微孔硅酸钙组合方式时,无法满足工作温度的要求,当采用聚酮加气凝胶组合方式时,维温效果最佳;日产液量每增加10 t,井口温度变化3.58~5.42℃;因产液量的不同,采用保温隔热油管工艺也不同。应用后,单井每年可节约作业费用30万元~300万元,每年可节约电费3.67万元~4.41万元,节能减排效果明显。In order to reduce the flow risk caused by wax formation of oil wellbore and surface pipeline,the wellbore temperature field control model has been established based on the analysis of the heat flow transfer process between the wellbore and the formation.The temperature control effect under different combination modes of anti-corrosion layer and thermal insulation layer has been analyzed,and the rule of the temperature change of the wellbore with multiple parameters has been studied.Two wellbore temperature control strategies are formed according to the different liquid production volumes.The results show that the combination of high density polyethylene and microporous calcium silicate can not meet the requirements of working temperature,but the combination of polyketone and aerogel has the best temperature effect.The wellhead temperature will change by 3.58~5.42℃when the liquid production increases by 10 t.Due to the difference in the amount of liquid production,the use of thermal insulation tubing process is also different.After application,the single well can save operating costs of 300000 yuan to 3000000 yuan per year,and it can save electricity costs of 36700 to 44100 yuan per year,which makes energy conservation and emission reduction effect obvious.
