摘 要:随着大庆油田数字化建设的推广应用,物联设备规模逐步扩大,各采油厂普遍存在设备管理困难、运维效率低等问题,外围油田存在井距远、点多面广等地域特点,导致运维难度和成本大幅增大。为进一步发挥物联设备在数字化油田运维工作中的支撑作用,提高设备运维管理水平和工作效率,为此提出了“运维模式实现规范化、运维组织实现专业化、运维手段实现信息化”的工作目标,并通过完善工作流程、建立管理制度、研发应用软件等具体举措,大幅度提升了运维效率,降低运维成本。With the promotion and application of digital construction in Daqing oilfield,the scale of IoT equipment has gradually expanded.However,there are common problems such as equipment management difficulties and low operation and maintenance efficiency in various oil production plants.Especially the peripheral oilfields have regional characteristics such as long well distances and multiple points,which has greatly increased the difficulty and the cost of operation and maintenance.In order to further leverage the supporting role of IoT devices in digital oilfield operation and maintenance work and improve equipment operation and maintenance management level and work efficiency,the work objectives of"standardizing the operation and maintenance mode,professionalization of the operation and maintenance organization,and informatization of the operation and maintenance methods"are proposed,and the specific measures such as improving work processes,establishing management systems,and developing application software have significantly improved operation and maintenance efficiency and reduced operation and maintenance costs.
