高含水高含蜡原油常温输送特性研究

摘  要:目前,粘壁温度已作为油井常温集输边界条件大面积推广,但仍存在部分油井低于粘壁温度的条件下稳定运行,分析了高含水高含蜡原油基础物性、粘壁温度和凝油层的屈服应力,通过现场降温实验研究了低温流动特性,核算了不同温度下冲刷凝油层对应的临界流速和临界井口回压,确定了不同工况的集输温度下限。结果表明,含水率对屈服突变温度不构成影响,屈服突变温度普遍低于粘壁温度;集输下限温度可低于粘壁温度2.1~9.5℃,之前未停掺的油井可实现全部停掺,停掺后井口回压未超过安全阈值,可以实现安全输送,62口油井应用了集输温度下限判断方法,优化后单井月可节约燃料气500~2000 m^(3),节约电量300~800 kWh,可节约热力成本1500~6000元,水力成本240~640元。进一步扩大了常温集输的技术界限。At present,the viscous wall temperature has been widely used as the boundary condition of oil well gathering and transportation at normal temperature,but there are still some oil wells that can be run stably below the condition of viscous wall temperature.The basic physical properties of high water-cut and high waxy crude oil,the viscosity wall temperature and the yield stress of condensate formation are analyzed.The low temperature flow characteristics are studied through the field cooling experiments,and the critical flow velocity and critical wellhead back pressure corresponding to the scouring of condensate formation at different temperatures are calculated.The results show that the moisture content has no effect on the yield abrupt temperature and it is generally lower than the adhesive wall temperature.The lower limit temperature of gathering and transportation can be lower than the viscous wall temperature by 2.1℃~9.5℃,and the oil wells that have not stopped mixing before can realize the complete stop mixing.After stopping mixing,the wellhead back pressure does not exceed the safety threshold,which can realize the safe transportation.The lower limit judging method of gathering and transportation temperature is applied in 62 oil wells.After optimization,it saves 500 m^(3)~2000 m^(3) of fuel gas,300 kWh~800 kWh of electricity,1500 yuan~6000 yuan of thermal cost and 240 yuan~640 yuan of hydraulic cost per month in a single well,which further expands the technological boundaries of normal temperature gathering and transportation.
