摘 要:为降低原油集输系统综合能耗,以某油田区块为例,选择电能利用率、热能利用率为指标进行了能效分析,选择㶲损系数为指标进行了㶲效分析,通过能级分析确定了不同子系统的用能水平,识别出了用能薄弱环节,随后采用基于太阳能集热的供能流程对接转站进行供热和供电,对流程的关键参数进行了计算。结果显示,接转站T1和T3的加热炉㶲损系数明显高于其余接转站,泵㶲损系数维持在较低水平,说明热能损失主要集中在这两个接转站;根据站内热负荷需求,确定镜场面积为2100 m^(2),集热器最佳安放角为19.3°~65.4°,储热器容积为120 m^(3);技术实施后,每年可减少燃料气用量55×10^(4) m^(3),可减少用热成本110万元,全年累积发电量为529 MWh。In order to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of crude oil gathering and transportation system,taking a block in an oilfield as example,the energy efficiency analysis is carried out by selecting the electric energy utilization rate and the heat energy utilization rate as the indexes,and the exergy loss coefficient is selected as the index to analyze the exergy efficiency.Through the energy level analysis,the energy consumption level of different subsystems is determined,and the weak links of energy consumption are identified.Then,the energy supply process of solar heat collection is used to connect the transfer station for heating and power supply,and the key parameters of process are calculated.The results show that the exergic loss coefficients of heating furnace at Transfer Station T1 and T3 are obviously higher than those of other transfer stations,and the exergic loss coefficients of pump are maintained at a low level,indicating that the heat loss is mainly concentrated in these two transfer stations.According to the demand of heat load in the station,it is determined that the mirror area is 2100 m^(2),the best setting angle of the collector is 19.3°~65.4°,and the volume of the heat reservoir is 120 m^(3).After the implementation of technology,the annual fuel gas consumption can be reduced by 55×10^(4) m^(3),the heat cost can be reduced by 1.1 million yuan,and the annual cumulative power generation is 529 MWh.
