六神丸联合多西环素片治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中重度痤疮患者给予六神丸联合多西环素片口服治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月高安市人民医院收治的中重度痤疮患者80例,以随机数字表法分成研究组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予多西环素片治疗,研究组给予六神丸联合多西环素片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、痤疮症状、症状消退时间、皮损数量、皮肤生理状态及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率(85.00%)较对照组(65.00%)显著提高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者痤疮综合分级系统(global acne grading system,GAGS)评分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组症状消退时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者炎症皮损、非炎症皮损数量均减少(P<0.05),且研究组数量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后皮肤油脂含量均降低(P<0.05),皮肤水分含量均提高(P<0.05),研究组皮肤油脂含量和含水量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(10.00%)与对照组(5.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中重度痤疮患者给予六神丸联合多西环素片口服治疗,能够提升临床疗效,促进患者症状消退,减少皮损数量,改善皮肤生理状态,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Liushen pill combined with Doxycycline Tablets in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate and severe acne who were admitted in Gaoan People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected,and divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Doxycycline Tablets,and the study group was treated with Liushen pill combined with Doxycycline Tablets.The clinical efficacy,acne symptoms,symptom resolution time,number of skin lesions,skin physiological status and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(65.00%),the total effective rate of the study group(85.00%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the global acne grading system(GAGS)scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the study group was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory skin lesions in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the study group was fewer(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin oil content in both groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the skin moisture content was increased(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the skin oil content in the study group was lower(P<0.05),and the skin moisture content was higher(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference between the study group(10.00%)and the control group(5.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Liushen Pill and Doxycycline Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the regression of symptoms,reduce the number of skin lesions,improve the physiological status of the skin,and have a higher safety.
