摘 要:合理使用有毒中药是保障中药安全的关键,配伍是中药减毒有效措施之一。通过对当前中药配伍减毒的评价模型、减毒方法、减毒技术及减毒机制进行梳理,同时针对目前中药配伍减毒存在的西医模式化研究思路的既定困局及如何在中医药理论指导下开展有毒中药配伍减毒的现代化研究提出了客观建议,为有毒中药配伍减毒研究体系的进一步完善规避用药风险和指导安全用药提供保障。The prudent use of potentially toxic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is essential for ensuring its safety,with compatibility serving as a critical strategy for mitigating toxicity.This article presented a comprehensive review of the evaluation models,methodologies,techniques,and mechanisms associated with TCM compatibility for toxicity reduction.Additionally,it provided objective recommendations for conducting modern research on TCM compatibility within the framework of TCM theory.The goal is to enhance the research system focused on TCM compatibility for toxicity reduction,minimize medication-related risks and promote safe medication practices.
