抗菌亚麻/黄麻交织织物的制备及其性能

摘　　要：针对当前市场上常用的亚麻/棉车用坐垫织物抑菌率低、耐用性较差等问题,使用薰衣草/蒲公英复配提取液浸渍改性后的亚麻、黄麻纱线织造抗菌交织织物。设计薰衣草提取液质量浓度、蒲公英提取液质量浓度、处理温度、处理时间为因素的正交优化试验,得出不同复配工艺下织物的抑菌率,同时对抗菌亚麻纱线的化学结构、表面形貌进行分析,对亚麻/黄麻抗菌交织织物的洗涤次数、抗弯刚度、织物断裂强力、芯吸高度进行测试。结果表明:薰衣草提取液浓度质量15 g/L、蒲公英提取液浓度质量25 g/L、处理温度20℃、处理时间5 h时,抗菌亚麻/黄麻交织织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌抑菌率分别为99.82%、99.89%,比市场上的亚麻/棉交织坐垫织物分别提升了44.4%、49.71%,洗涤20次后的抑菌率分别为80.15%、81.38%;经向抗弯刚度为4.42 mN·cm,经、纬向织物断裂强力分别为810、760 N、芯吸高度为10.8 cm,在汽车坐垫领域具有一定的市场应用前景。Contraposed to the problems such as low bacterial-inhibition rate and poor durability of linen/cotton car seat cushion fabric commonly used in the market,the antibacterial interwoven fabric made of linen and jute yarns impregnated with lavender/dandelion compound extract was studied.The orthogonal optimization experiments of lavender extract concentration,dandelion extract concentration,treatment temperature and treatment time were designed to obtain the antibacterial rate under different compounding processes.Meanwhile,the chemical structure and surface morphology of the antibacterial linen yarn were analyzed,and the washing times,bending stiffness,fabric breaking strength and core suction height of the antibacterial linen/jute interwoven fabric were tested.The results show that the optimal treatment process was as follows:lavender extract concentration 15 g/L,dandelion extract concentration 25 g/L,treatment temperature 20℃,treatment time 5 h,the antibacterial linen/jute mixture against Staphylococcus aureus 99.82%,Escherichia coli 99.89%.After washing for 20 times,the antibacterial rates were 80.15%and 81.38%,respectively,compared with the linen/cotton interwoven cushion fabric on the market,increased by 44.4%and 49.71%.At the same time,the warp bending stiffness of the fabric was 4.42 mN·cm,the breaking strength of the fabric was 810 N in the warp direction,760 N in the weft direction,and the core suction height was 10.8 cm.which has a certain market application prospect.
