摘  要:针对绳状织物前处理及染色过程中出现的折痕现象,采用浴中柔软剂NIS-4162改善染色后布面疵点,分析浴中柔软剂NIS-4162的耐盐、碱稳定性,耐煮漂、耐皂洗及耐高温稳定性,以及柔软剂NIS-4162对染色后布面颜色、织物色牢度的影响,并进行大货生产验证。结果表明:浴中柔软剂NIS-4162具有良好的耐盐、碱稳定性,耐煮漂、耐皂洗及耐高温稳定性;对活性染料、分散染料、酸性染料等不同类型染料染色后的布面颜色无影响;对染色后棉织物色牢度无影响;对绳状织物前处理及染色过程中出现的折痕问题具有良好的改善作用。Aiming at the crease problem of rope pre-treatment and dyeing,bath softener was often used to improve the cloth surface effect in the pretreating and dyeing process.the stability of salt-alkali resistance,scouring and bleaching resistance,salt-alkali soaping resistance and high temperature resistance of bath softener NIS-4162,the effect of bath softener NIS-4162 on the color of fabrics dyed,the effect of bath softener NIS-4162 on the color fastness of cotton fabrics after dyeing were analyzed in this paper,and carried out the production.The results show that the softening agent NIS-4162 in bath has good stability of salt and alkali resistance,boiling and bleaching resistance,soap resistance and high temperature resistance.It has no effect on the color of the cloth after dyeing with reactive dyes,disperse dyes,acid dyes,etc.It has no effect on the fastness of cotton weaving after dyeing,and has a good effect on the crease problems in the pretreatment and dyeing process of rope fabrics.
