摘　　要：针对在现代战场中下肢创伤出血需要更加快速便捷的战伤救治的需求,依据气囊充气加压原理设计了一款气囊式作训裤。首先对气囊与下肢进行仿真模拟,对气囊的压迫效果进行检验分析;然后为作训裤止血部位设置3种不同设计方案,并与常用止血带的止血效果进行主客观实验对比,最后利用层次分析法(AHP)对主客观实验的测量值进行分析。结果表明:从目标层的综合权重来看,参考旋压式止血带原理设计的作训裤方案权重最高,在具有压迫效果的同时,在舒适性和时间测量等其他方面性能最好,可为战伤止血装备的设计提供参考。In view of the need for more rapid and convenient treatment of lower limb trauma bleeding in modern battlefield,a kind of airbag training pants was designed according to the principle of airbag inflating and pressurizing.Firstly,the airbag and lower limbs were simulated,and the compression effect of the airbag was prior analyzed.Then,three different design schemes were set up for the hemostatic parts of the training pants,and the hemostatic effect was compared with that of the common tourniquet.Finally,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to analyze the measured values of the subjective and objective experiments.The results show that from the comprehensive weight of the target layer,the training pants scheme designed with reference to the principle of spinning tourniquet has the highest weight,and has the best performance in comfort and time measurement and other aspects,which can provide a reference for the design of hemostatic equipment for war wounds.
