摘　　要：针对目前滑板运动服防护性能较弱的问题,以滑板运动服为研究对象,通过问卷调查、深度访谈、实地观察等方式了解滑板爱好者对于运动服的特殊需要为:外观设计重视青年群体的穿衣风格及审美,功能结构设计更强调防护性、耐磨性和舒适性;确定防护部位为手掌、手肘、臀部、膝盖和小腿前侧。对防护部位使用不同缓冲防护材料进行缓冲防摔性测试,确定选用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)无胶海绵与聚氨酯泡棉(PORON)结合的组合体为缓冲防摔材料。最终制作的运动服在真人试穿主观性实验中外观满意度均分3.35、口袋牢固度均分3.32、防摔性均分3.25、活动舒适性均分3.63(各项满分为4),运动服各性能良好,达到了预期的设计目标。Aiming at the current problem of weak protective performance of skateboard sportswear,the special needs of skateboarders for sportswear was studied through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and field observation,etc.In terms of appearance design,the dressing style and aesthetic taste of young people was paid more attention to,and the functional structure design emphasizes protection,wear resistance and comfort.the protected areas were identified as palms,elbows,hips,knees,and front calves.The different buffer protection material used in the protection part was tested for the buffer anti-fall,and the buffer anti-fall material was determined to be a combination of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)gum-less sponge and polyurethane foam(PORON).In the subjective experiment of live fitting on the sportswear,the average score of appearance satisfaction is 3.35,the average score of pocket solidity is 3.32,the average score of fall resistance is 3.25,and the average score of activity comfort is 3.63(the full score of each is 4).The performance of the sportswear is good,and the expected design goal is achieved.
