摘 要:为了提升生丝品质,合理选择制丝集绪器,研究陶瓷和免穿集绪器对生丝洁净的影响,选用4个品种共17个产地的蚕茧,对分别使用2种集绪器缫丝后的生丝进行洁净检验。以产地分组比较2种集绪器洁净分数之间的差异。结果显示:陶瓷集绪器较免穿集绪器缫制生丝的洁净分数在高分段占比高出3.36%;在洁净平均数差值较大的7组数据中,对应有4组陶瓷集绪器缫制生丝的洁净分数高于免穿集绪器;在标准差不同的15组数据中,有9组陶瓷集绪器缫制生丝洁净分数更低;根据秩和检验结果,共有5组数据存在显著性差异,其中3组陶瓷集绪器缫制生丝洁净均值高于免穿集绪器;结合集绪器的构造,综合分析陶瓷集绪器的洁净能力优于免穿集绪器。In order to improve the quality of raw silk,the influence of ceramic and thread-free filament guide button on the neatness of raw silk was studied by selecting suitable filament guide button,4 varieties of cocoons was selected from 17 origins,and the raw silk reeled by two kinds of filament guide button was used to test the neatness.The difference between the point of neatness of the two filament guide button was compared by the origin group.The results show that in the data with higher performance,the proportion of ceramic filament guide button is 3.36%higher than thread-free filament guide button.Among the 7 groups of data with large difference in point of neatness average,4 groups of ceramic filament guide button are higher than the thread-free filament guide button.Among the 15 groups of statistics with different standard deviations,9 groups of ceramic filament guide button are lower.According to the rank sum test results,there are significant differences in 5 groups of data,and the point of neatness average of 3 groups of ceramic filament guide button is higher than thread-free filament guide button.Combined with the construction of the two kinds of filament guide buttons,the neatness ability of the ceramic filament guide button is better than that of the thread-free filament guide button.Combined with the structure of the filament guide button,the neatness ability of the ceramic filament guide button is better than that of the thread-free filament guide button.
