摘  要:为提升毛纺织品的分拣质量与效率,设计基于PLC控制的毛纺织品自动分拣线控制系统。依据毛纺织品分拣需求,划分4个自动分拣线控制区域,搭建毛纺织品自动分拣线架构;选取S7-1500PLC控制器,结合PLC控制器配置情况,设计PLC控制器接线及PLC控制信号表;引入修正因子,控制输送线的运行速度,制定自动分拣线计数程序,实现毛纺织品自动分拣线的设计与运行。实验数据显示:在不同实验工况背景下,应用自动分拣线后获得的毛纺织品分拣效率最大值为920 kg/h,毛纺织品分拣准确率最大值为94%,所设计的自动分拣线应用效果较好。To improve the sorting quality and efficiency of woolen fabrics,a PLC controlled automatic sorting line control system design for woolen fabrics was proposed.Based on the sorting requirements of woolen fabrics,an automatic sorting line architecture for woolen fabrics was built and it was divided into four automatic sorting line control areas;S7-1500PLC controller was elected,and PLC controller wiring and PLC control signal table was designed based on PLC controller configuration;Correction factors were introduced,the operating speed of the conveyor line was controlled,an automatic sorting line counting program was developed,and the design and operation of an automatic sorting line was realized for woolen fabrics.The experimental data shows that under different experimental conditions,the maximum sorting efficiency of woolen fabrics obtained after the application of the designed automatic sorting line is 920 kg/h,and the maximum qualified rate of woolen fabric sorting is 94%,the application effect of the designed automatic sorting line is good.
