摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼新时代我国意识形态安全环境、内涵、任务要求新变化,在实践上,谋划全局,科学布局,推动我国意识形态斗争形势发生根本性转变。在理论上,不断深化对新时代我国意识形态安全特点规律的认识,系统回答了意识形态领域方向性、根本性、全局性的重大问题,构成以把握战略定位、审视战略风险、确立战略目标、统筹战略布局为主的习近平新时代意识形态安全观。The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core focuses on the new changes in the ideological security environment,connotation,and task requirements in our country in the new era.In practice,it plans the overall situation,makes scientific arrangements,and promotes a fundamental change in the ideological struggle in our country.In theory,it continuously deepens the understanding of the characteristics and changes of ideological security in our country,systematically responds to major directional,fundamental,and overall issues in the field of ideology,and constitutes Xi Jinping's view on ideological security in the new era,which is based on grasping strategic orientation,examining strategic risks,establishing strategic goals,and coordinating strategic arrangements.
