摘  要:在“新质生产力”视域下结合并拓展有关“传播力”的讨论,在此基础上可以搭建“新质传播力”的概念框架,依托于数智传播语境,厘清其内在的“新质规定性”,全面系统回应平台权力与人工智能等新兴技术对“传播权力议题”的冲击。以传播政治经济学的批判视角切入,可发现传统“传播力”的概念在一定程度上缺乏历史纵深的广延性,而“新质传播力”的分析框架旨在弥补这一缺憾,从“权力、技术、空间、结构”维度实现概念的延展。这一解读与省思有助于体现出传播政治经济学的建构性学术价值,彰显出“新质传播力”在宏观的国际传播、中观的发展传播与微观的内容生产等方面的理论想象与实践引领。In the lens of new quality productivity we can integrate and expand Castells'discussion on communication power,building a conceptual framework of new quality communication power,clarifying its inherent new quality stipulation based on the context of digital and intellectual communication.From the critical perspective of the political economy of communication,it can be found that the traditional concept of communication power lacks the extension of historical depth to a certain extent,while the analytical framework of new quality communication power aims to make up for this shortcoming,starting from"power,technology,space,structure"to new quality communication power.This interpretation and reflection can help reflect the constructive academic value of the political economy of communication,and highlight the theoretical imagination and practical guidance of the new quality communication power in macro international communication,meso development communication and micro content production.
